I help startups and larger companies alike better understand their users and build compelling product experiences. With both a data and product background across a wide array of consumer and B2B companies, I offer product consultation at a high level or involvement in a more operational capacity. As I work with multiple clients at time, I usually seek engagements of 5 to 20 hours per week.

How I can help

• Understand more completely how customers use your product, what's missing and what could be improved.
• Define, prototype and usability test new features with target users. Analyze the results and iterate on future versions.
• Scope and define near and long-term feature roadmaps for your product.
• Optimize customer facing or internal products with AI. Reduce costs and save time with LLM and RAG-based solutions for data processing, internal knowledge-bases, chatbots, support or onboarding UX, etc.
• Implement analytics & experimentation (A/B testing) solutions, test evaluation frameworks and best practices to drive user growth and engagement.
• Conduct opportunity sizing and competitive analysis for potential new areas of expansion. Generate usage and revenue forecasts.
• Review and optimize product team structure, ways of working and best practices e.g. roadmapping, sprint planning, experiment review, retro, etc.
